Lead the design and development of scalable, user-friendly software solutions that automate compliance processes, monitor regulatory changes, and facilitate reporting and auditing.
Perform testing, quality assurance, and validation of RegTech software modules to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, assisting them in implementing, customizing, and integrating our RegTech solutions.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RegTech, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to showcase our RegTech solutions through product demonstrations, client presentations, and industry events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of proven experience in regulatory technology or related domains, with a strong understanding of compliance processes and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, or C#), databases, and SQL.
Familiarity with RegTech software solutions, data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex regulatory scenarios.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
