Senior Product Manager – CRM
Our client is a leading financial services provider, who is looking for someone to lead the development of their CRM platforms, in a hands on role.
What you will be doing:
- Developing the product strategy and roadmap for CRM innovation
- Build out the cornership of CRM / Salesforce offering
- Establish future functionality (particularly bringing more data into the systems)
- Amalgamate services within CRM
- Drive prioritisation activities and manage the product backlog; write JIRA tickets, own your product’s roadmap
- Gather and manage client / product feedback through methods such as surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing, and competitive intel
What you will bring:
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or related discipline ideally building out CRM solutions
- You are client focused always and have a demonstrated track record of building user experiences and products that customers love
- You are comfortable in agile development methodologies
- You have strong technical intuition and love good design; you are comfortable discussing technology with engineers and architects as well as user flow with UX strategists.
- Experience working with Salesforce is not essential but would be advantageous
- Previous experience in Wealth Management/Retail Banking would be hugely advantageous
